The parent company of Illinois Storm Consulting, Illinois Storm Chasers, was formed in 2015 by owners Danny Neal and Adam Lucio, with additional staff added in the years following. Since day one, Illinois Storm Chasers has striven to bring the most accurate and non-sensationalized weather forecasts to the state of Illinois. Since the late 2010's, Illinois Storm Chasers has grown exponentially, becoming one of Illinois' most known and accurate sources for weather information. Illinois Storm Chasers continues to strive for excellence, while partnering with NOAA and their Weather Ready Nation - Ambassador program. In early to mid-2019 the development of subsidiary, Illinois Storm Consulting, occurred. This new venture runs in unison with Illinois Storm Chasers, focusing more on weather presentations and the private sector side of weather forecasting for corporations, smaller businesses, events and festivals.
